Trick or Read aka Free Comic Book Day 2.0 is Saturday October 29th, 2022!

The fall Free Comic Book Day event has been called different things over the years. This year Marvel Comics and Penguin Random House team up to bring Trick or Read to comic book stores. Join Comic Central on Saturday October 29th from 11am to 7pm for what we like to call Free Comic Book Day 2.0. This is a much smaller event than the annual Free Comic Book Day held in May. We have a limited supply of Trick or Read comics and other Free Comic Book Day comics to distribute at 2 per person no purchase required. Support or small business by spending $10 before tax and stamp card use and pick up to 10 total Free Comic Book Day 2.0 comics from the special free comic section. Enjoy amazing sales like 20% off on all trade paperbacks, hardcovers, manga, and YA graphic novels. Our mystery boxes return at $16.99 for this special day. We are limiting them to 1 per person until 1pm, then it becomes 1st come 1st serve. We will not be stamping or accepting stamp cards on sale priced merchandise. Regular priced merchandise will earn stamps as normal.
